Maybe Reiki training is something you're thinking about starting? Or perhaps you're already Usui Reiki trained and wondering whether to progress to the next level?  If so, then why not come along to the Reiki workshops I run in Naphill, Bucks?    You’ll be attuned to the Reiki symbols for your level of Reiki. At Reiki I you'll be able to give treatments to your friends, family and pets. At Reiki II you'll be able to send distance healing and be able to set up your own practice.  At Reiki III Master Practitioner, you'll be able to use the Master symbol in your treatments and for other purposes. After the Reiki Master Teacher workshop, you'll be able to teach others about this wonderful healing energy. Each workshop starts at 1000 and finish around 1600 depending on numbers. Reiki I and Reiki II cost £200.  Reiki III Master Practitioner costs £250 and Reiki Master Teacher costs £350. You’ll receive a manual and certificate when you’ve completed the workshop. More information about the course content will be sent to you at the time of booking and there’s an instalment programme if you'd prefer to pay that way – or pay the balance in full the day before the workshop. Are you fascinated by the tarot? Have you bought your tarot deck and its book, read it from cover to cover, not remembered very much and then put the book back on the bookshelf as learning 78 meanings of cards just seems overwhelming? Would you like to learn in a different way – in a much more intuitive way - leaving your book behind? This course is really for those of you who have never “got going” with tarot or have tried and would like to learn in a different way. We’ll use the tarot’s imagery and meditation as tools for learning and there’ll be group exercises, individual exercises and some homework! We’ll be talking about the elements, colours, symbols, feelings and numbers, plus you’ll be using your intuition throughout the course. This is not a sit, listen and learn course (although there’s a bit of that inevitably) – it’s very much linked to the spiritual world so an awareness of and interest in the magical and mystical is beneficial. The sessions take place approximately every 3-4 weeks to allow time in your busy lives to complete the homework.                           Sessions are £23 each, last about 2 hours and take place in my home in Naphill, Bucks. Do you have an interest in your aura and its energy centres (known as chakras) and are wanting to know more? Are you also interested in meditation and how you might be able to learn more about your energy body and how it affects you? If so, I run a course combining these two subjects.

The course is to start you on your meditation journey and will also focus on your breathing to help you relax and still your mind. It’ll include some grounding and protection work and you’ll connect with your chakras through meditation so you understand their meanings and associations, such as crystals, colours and essential oils. There’ll be a different chakra to focus on each week.

Meditating enables you to connect with your inner self and can be extremely beneficial when you incorporate it into your daily life – even if just for a few minutes a day. When you start to meditate it can be difficult to quieten the thoughts passing through your mind, but you’ll find after a while that they fade into the distance.

This is a progressive course comprising of 8 sessions, so there’s a need to be able to attend all sessions. Each session costs £18 and lasts approximately 1 ½ hours - and are held once every 2 or 3 weeks in my home near High Wycombe.

Are you attracted to the magical and mysterious? Have you been drawn in by the moon, wanting to know more about how you can flow with her phases? If you've answered yes to either of these questions, then this may be the course you've been looking for!

There are 8 progressive sessions to the course which last about 2 hours each. You'll be learning about the moon and her cycles and phases. You'll learn about the energies of the new and full moon and how to work with the astrological signs the moon passes through and how they can impact your daily life. You'll learn about the moon's associations and how to set your intention and spend some time making a vision board.

We then cover the 8 pagan festivals and learn about working with the elements and their associations. You'll also learn how to set up your altar and about the tools of the Craft.

The last two sessions cover divination and there's both theory and practice for you with a variety of divination tools. It's your spiritual journey and you can adapt what you learn in any way to suit you.

Each session costs £23 and lasts about 2 hours and take place every 3-4 weeks.

This course is for those who follow the Craft and are experienced in its ways. It involves a great deal of meditation, reflection and journaling. We work in a protected environment and also do some craftwork during the course.

There are 6 sessions, each lasting 2 hours approx and each costing £23. 

Each session takes place around the dark of the moon/new moon.

Shadow work involves us facing the negative side of ourselves with honesty and dealing with it.  We work with different goddesses at each session and face our emotions head on.  When they come to the surface, it brings about emotional healing and transformation.  It's not a course for the faint hearted.

You will need to buy a deck of dark goddess cards for this course.  I'll happily advise you.

Next Workshop takes place on Saturday 20 April 2024 - 1000-1600

Have you ever been drawn to crystals but don't know why? Do you have a pile of crystals but no idea how to use them? If this is you, then this crystal workshop is for you. We're all intuitively drawn to crystals, with each one having its own natural energy and they're so easy to work with once you know how.

You'll be guided on how to work with  the properties of crystals during this interactive workshop, exploring both the theory and practical application.

The workshop covers how to choose, cleanse and charge your crystals.  You'll make an elixir, a roller ball with oils and crystals and an aura spray. The use of crystal grids will be explained and there'll be an introduction  to crystal healing plus some guided meditations. You'll also be taught how to use a pendulum.

The intention is that you leave the workshop feeling confident in using your crystals to enhance your life and wellbeing. You'll also receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the day. There will be some crystals on sale at the workshop.

In order to fully participate in the workshop you will need to bring along the following crystals: rose quartz, smoky quartz, citrine, amethyst and a clear quartz point.  You'll also need a pendulum.
