It's a very practical book which is aimed at the beginner seeking knowledge about this spiritual pathway, at those who aren't overly confident in their practice and at those who are just starting to walk this path and wanting a deeper understanding about how to practice their craft. 

We live on a wonderful planet and can harness her energy as well as the energy of the moon, sun and our own energy in our everyday lives. This book isn't telling you how you should live, but my intention from the outset was to make you aware of the different energies so you can use them  to your advantage.  Everything is energy and all energy is intrinsically linked.

Once you're aware of how to work with these energies, there's information about the astrological signs and what you can achieve by working with them, plus their associations which can enhance your work. You'll then move through working with the elements and how you can also incorporate their energies into your practice.  

One chapter covers setting up your altar as a focal point for your practice and the magical tools you can use. I also include ways to cleanse your space and aura, plus how to cast and close a circle - and some ideas about what you might do within your circle. There are additional tips in the appendices which I hope will prove helpful in your spiritual practice.

Take away from my book what works for you. There is no set script about what you should or should not do. It's purely guidance and knowledge that you can work with if you choose to - but always remember this is YOUR spiritual journey and no-one else's.  The choice about what you do is always yours.
