I offer complementary therapies in Naphill, Bucks

From a small child I have always been attracted to, and interested in, spirituality and working with energy.  Life took me on a path to a career in human resource management, which involved me in all sorts of people crises and only being able to deal with these in a professional manner rather than my innate spiritual beliefs. 

My spiritual beliefs and practices have always been a mainstay in my life and now that I have left my career behind me, I have chosen to invest my time in helping others in a far more holistic way by the complementary therapies I use, which includes spiritual healing. 

I am a qualified, professional therapist and am an Usui Reiki Master Teacher, believing in respecting everyone’s individual needs.  I will treat you on a holistic level through my therapies.  

I provide a peaceful, relaxing space in my home in Naphill, Bucks, where you can take time out from the challenges of life.  I believe you will leave me feeling relaxed and in a calmer frame of mind.

I also combine my Reiki treatments with crystal therapy if you wish.

I have followed the mystical and magical since I was a child, but although practising and developing spiritually I have never been in a position to share my knowledge with others as I would have wished.  

I work in Naphill, Bucks, and I run training courses - chakra meditation, beginner's tarot, spiritual development and shadow self as well as Usui Reiki workshops at all levels and a crystal workshop
